I haven’t owned a cordless in a while. My how they have changed. I didn’t want to rewire so I decided to try them again. The clarity and convenience is perfect. Many features have been added since my last encounter. These phones had several features I didn’t know I wanted until I got them. Clearly they’ve learned from cellphones.

Very good product. Great sound quality. A bit confusing (at first) as to how to see a missed call, or to see the caller list. Other than that, it’s terrific!

I got this set for my mother for Christmas. She’s been very happy with it, never complained. Now, this is probably not the right place, but I’m upset right now so here goes. got this set with subscription to the Amazon Visa card by Chase to save some money on the purchase. Apparently I never got an initial bill, and when it showed up 2 months later they charged me late fees and interest. I called and tried to get that waived. They would not budge, I tried calling another rep and they still would not waive the fee. Then I spoke to manager who didn’t give a damn either.
So, I canceled the card and will never try this again with Amazon, as long as they have this deal with Chase. Avoid.

No complaints! Easy to use, large screen! My wife loves the talking ID. Well worth the somewhat high price tag! Only gave 4 stars for battery life and durability because I have not had phone long enough to judge! I bought my son the same phone, he loves it.
